We regret that we are not liable for any disruption, delay, or cancellation of your holiday, due to hostilities, riots. Civil commotion, terrorist activities, political unrest. Strikes, natural disasters. Closure of airports, changes in schedules, adverse weather conditions of any circumstances beyond our control. We the owners of the property will not be liable for any injury howsoever caused resulting from the use by holiday guests of the swimming pool and villa, Clients are reminded that children are not allowed to use the swimming pool without adult supervision. We recommend that all clients obtain the appropriate holiday insurance to fulfil their needs prior to the departure date. The security deposit is required against any damage in or to the property. This will be refunded in full (approx. 3 weeks) when an inventory has been taken at the property by our agents after your departure.
