Master Bedroom – Bedroom 1

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk- in shower along with “his & her Vanity unit”.

POOL AND OUTSIDE DINING AREA

Your private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area. It has all the normal furniture for outside dining or just drinks by the pool. It also has an underwater pool light for evening usage after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £80 per week.

The villa has a telephone system connected and all local calls are free.
The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc for your stay.

Open Plan Lounge A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge along with a DVD and Video player. The Villa is Newly tastefully decorated in the “contemporary style” the Floridian style and is of course air conditioned. Additional ceiling fans are provided in the lounge and Master Bedroom.

"Poohs" Bedroom – Bedroom 2 The second bedroom is decorated in Themed “Winnie the Pooh” “Pooh’s” room has a multi coloured bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom with “The suite life” Bedding and a single bed at the top with “Winnie the Pooh” Bedding to match the additional single bed. This room sleeps 4 comfortably.

Guest Bedroom – Bedroom 3 The third bedroom has a double bed, TV & Walk-in wardrobe; it shares the family bathroom consisting of a sink vanity unit, tub, and shower, with “Poohs” room. Allowing the villa to accommodate 8 people in comfort without using the Queen size sleeper in the lounge.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and waste disposal unit. There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility closet.

Your Florida vacation villa is surrounded by many interesting attractions to fill your days and nights with fun. Lazy river boat rides and Pirates Cove crazy golf are both nearby and only 5 minutes drive away is “Old Town” for a great night of fun, with go carts, bungee jumping, vintage American car processions and much, much more. Medieval Times, Arabian Nights and Fort Liberty are all close by. Orlando International Airport is an easy 25 minutes drive away.
